OKXICE TSV, the tokenized-stock venue owned 50-50 by NYSE parent Intercontinental Exchange and OKX’s US holding company, listed 67 issuers that had sent it a Notice of Issuer Objection in its public notice dated November 5, 2026 (OKXICE TSV notice). The list includes Nvidia, Microsoft, Alphabet, Amazon, Apple, Meta and Tesla, and AI infrastructure companies including Cerebras, CoreWeave, Nebius, IREN and Applied Digital.
The venue’s notice dated October 4 named one objector, Cerebras Systems (October notice). Decrypt counted nine objectors on October 15 and 56 after the venue’s November 2 notice (Decrypt via Yahoo Finance).
Business Pill · Why wrapper products drift
A Business Engineer explainer on how leveraged single-stock funds reset daily and drift from their target over time. It teaches a general idea about wrapper products and does not discuss OKXICE.
The key insight: OKXICE TSV’s November 5 notice lists 67 issuers that have objected to third-party tokens of their shares on the venue, up from one in its October 4 notice, 32 days earlier by our arithmetic, and the list includes all seven Magnificent Seven companies.
What the Venue Plans
The November 5 notice says OKXICE TSV will make tokenized NMS stocks “available for secondary market trading by retail and institutional investors”. Trading runs through Uniswap v4 liquidity pools on the XLayer blockchain, with each tokenized stock paired with a payment stablecoin such as USDC or USDG, and the notice says the venue “will operate 24 hours per day, seven days per week”.
Where an unaffiliated third party creates the token, the notice says that party, acting through a registered broker-dealer, “holds the underlying NMS stock on a one-for-one basis against the tokens outstanding”. Decrypt reported that the venue’s notices do not list the tokens it plans to make available.

Why an Objection Blocks a Stock
The venue operates under an SEC exemption for tokenized-stock trading venues. The SEC’s staff FAQ says that if a venue “receives a timely Notice of Issuer Objection, pursuant to the Order, the TSV must amend its public Notice to indicate that the issuer has objected, and the TSV cannot make such Tokenized NMS Stock available for trading” (SEC FAQ). The FAQ describes a 30-calendar-day objection period. Decrypt reported that an objection applies only to that venue.
Who Has Objected
Besides the Magnificent Seven, the November 5 list includes chipmakers and chip-equipment makers such as AMD, Broadcom, Qualcomm, Arm, Marvell, Intel, Micron, Applied Materials, Lam Research and KLA; AI cloud and data-center operators CoreWeave, Nebius, IREN and Applied Digital; server makers Dell, Super Micro Computer and Hewlett Packard Enterprise; and Oracle, Palantir and Space Exploration Technologies.
Decrypt reported that Coinbase, Robinhood and Strategy do not appear on the list, nor do Berkshire Hathaway, Visa or Exxon Mobil, and that it is unclear whether the venue notified those companies. The notices list who objected but do not give reasons, and this piece does not assign one.
Our Numbers
By our arithmetic, the list grew from 1 to 67 objectors between notices dated October 4 and November 5, 32 days apart. All seven Magnificent Seven companies are on it.
By our own classification, 22 of the 67, or 33%, are chipmakers, chip-equipment and memory companies (15), AI cloud and data-center operators (4) or AI server makers (3). That grouping is ours, not the venue’s.
Where Anthropic’s IPO Fits
The objection right covers listed NMS stocks traded on a venue using the SEC exemption. Ondo Finance said on November 6 that it plans to offer tokens tracking Anthropic from the day of its IPO through Ondo Stocks, which its product page says is “not available in the United States” (our piece).
The Structural Read
As we read the two notices, the objections now cover most of the largest names a tokenized-stock venue would want at launch, and Decrypt reported that the notices do not list the tokens the venue plans to offer.
As we read the list, AI hardware is heavily represented: by our own grouping, 22 of the 67 are chipmakers, chip-equipment and memory companies, AI cloud and data-center operators, or AI server makers.
As we read the SEC FAQ, the objection right sits with the issuer and applies venue by venue, so the list describes this venue only, not tokenized stocks in general.
SEC staff FAQ
“the TSV must amend its public Notice to indicate that the issuer has objected, and the TSV cannot make such Tokenized NMS Stock available for trading”
Three Implications
FOR ISSUERS The SEC FAQ describes a 30-calendar-day objection period after a venue gives an issuer notice, after which a venue can offer the token if no timely objection arrives.
FOR THE VENUE Decrypt reported that, with the market’s biggest names opted out, it is unclear which major stocks the venue will be able to offer at launch.
FOR CRYPTO-NATIVE COMPANIES Decrypt reported that Coinbase, Robinhood and Strategy do not appear on the objection list, and that Coinbase launched tokenized stocks for non-US users on its Base network in August.
The Business Engineer Lens
This story maps onto the Business Engineer framework The AI Supercycle.
The analysis says: “The job of any operator, investor, or builder is to know which layer they are operating inside and which layer the binding constraint is rotating toward next.”
As we read it, where the shares of AI companies can trade, and in what wrapper, is now set partly by the issuers themselves under the SEC exemption. The framework does not discuss OKXICE or tokenized stocks.
What Is Not Established
The notices do not say which tokenized stocks the venue will offer at launch or when it will start trading. Counts for October 15 and November 2 come from Decrypt’s reporting; the October 4 and November 5 counts come from the venue’s own notices. This piece makes no forecast and is not investment advice.
The Bottom Line
OKXICE TSV’s November 5 notice lists 67 issuers that have objected to third-party tokens of their shares on the venue, up from one in its October 4 notice, including all seven Magnificent Seven companies. By our own grouping, 22 of the 67 are chipmakers, chip-equipment and memory companies, AI cloud and data-center operators, or AI server makers, from Nvidia to CoreWeave.

A note on sourcing. The objector counts for October 4 and November 5 come from OKXICE TSV’s own public notices; the October 15 and November 2 counts are as reported by Decrypt.
